Orange Square Annual Conference 2019
In September this year, we got together for our annual Orange Square conference to celebrate the successes of our 2018/19 financial year. The annual conference offers the perfect opportunity for our Head Office to get together with our field employees, including Sales Consultants, Retail Managers, Trainers, Boutique staff and the group brands – Les Senteurs and Olverum.
This year’s conference was held in the De Vere Beaumont Estate in Windsor and included networking opportunities, exploration of all our brands and insight into our annual performance.
We had an interactive “Games Show” element of the conference that allowed our teams to engage with the leadership team, understand key learnings, business successes and challenges for key moments of the year.
Our Managing Director, Chris Hawksley, presented the financial figures for the year, shared some exciting developments and forecasts for the year to come and announced some amazing contributions to charity, including his continued support for Look Good Feel Better and for an amazing new charity partner, Alzheimer’s Society.
Finally, we ended the evening with an awards ceremony, hosted by comedian Joel Dommett, to praise outstanding achievements throughout the business, a 3-course sit down meal and after party.
As a family business, we understand the value of getting each of our employees into the same room to share stories, learn from each other’s experiences and begin the next financial year fully equipped with our learnings from the previous year.
