As a family run and privately-owned business, we are immensely proud of the community we have built since we started in 1991. We centre our business on four key pillars; family ethos, authenticity, creativity and excellence. It is these values that we believe will help support us through the tough times that lie ahead. We consider each of our fragrance brands, employees and partners as valued members of our Orange Square family and community and we want to reassure you that despite the uncertainty of the situation, the health, safety and well-being of each of you always has, and continues to be our primary concern.
The steps we have taken amidst this pandemic have not been taken lightly, and each decision has been carefully considered by our management team. We are adhering to all government and Public Health England guidance and continue to monitor and review the situation daily.
Our financial position going into this crisis was sound and our teams are working tirelessly, alongside our partners and agencies, to minimise any future financial impact to either Orange Square or our stakeholders. The support and co-operation we have received to date, particularly from our own employees, has been phenomenal and we would like to ask each and every one of you to continue to look out for one and other during this turbulent time.
